The Haqihana Long Harness is a safe, secure, comfortable Y shaped dog harness. It is designed to rest completely on the thorax keeping the dog’s neck & shoulder joints free. The Haqihana Harness is also available in four long sizes also (XXSL-XSL-SL-ML) with longer straps on back and abdomen, specifically designed for deep-chested dogs such as Galgos, Greyhounds, French Bulldogs, Whippets and Dachshunds and is a great choice for dogs who are very calm and confident when out walking.

The long version of the harness is designed to be used on dogs with a very wide neck and deep breastbone. These harnesses have longitudinal elements that correspond to the next size up. For example the SL (Small Long) has the chest circumference of the Small but is long on the back and on the sternum like the Medium. This shifts the chest strap rearwards by about 5 cm compared to a standard harness ensuring there is no rubbing under the armpits of longer breeds of dogs.

Longer breeds of dogs, such as Greyhounds, have a choice of either the Long version or the Double H Harness.  We recommend the Long version for dogs who are very calm and confident when walking and the Double H version for dogs who require extra security because they are timid, easily scared or escape artists.

TWO LENGTHS & TWO WIDTHS TO CHOOSE FROM

The Haqihana 3m long leash is uniquely equipped with carabiners at both ends enabling them to be doubled over and clipped in place, halving their length, for those times you want your dog closer for safety. Haqihana leash is available in either 15mm or 20mm widths and we now have a long 5m long x 20mm wide leash available too:

• 3m long x 15mm wide: Suits XS, XXS & XXXS Harnesses as the these size harnesses are also made from 15mm wide webbing.  Halves to be 1.5m long.
• 3m long x 20mm wide: Suits S, M, L & XL Harnesses as the the Small harness is made from 20mm wide webbing and the the Medium, Large and X Large harnesses are made from 25mm wide webbing (there is no 25mm wide leash option). Halves to be 1.5m long.
• 5m long x 20mm wide: Give your dog a sense of freedom whilst keeping them safely contained. (One snap-hook, doesn’t half)
